      Scheduling a mobile notary appointment is simple. You can book an appointment by visiting our Contact Page and filling out the booking form or call us directly at 702-910-5010. Please have your documents ready and a valid photo ID for verification. We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance for better availability.

      An apostille is a certification that authenticates the origin of a public document for use in another country that is part of the Hague Apostille Convention. Lux Mobile Notary provides apostille services to ensure your documents are recognized internationally. We handle documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, court records, and academic transcripts for apostille certification.

      Our pricing for state-regulated notary services starts at $10 per signature for most documents. Travel and additional fees may apply depending on your location and time requirements.

      We charge a travel fee based on distance and time: - Regular Hours (6:00 AM to 7:00 PM): $15.00 (minimum of 2 hours). 
- After Hours (7:00 PM to 6:00 AM): $30.00 (minimum of 2 hours). 
 Travel fees may vary depending on your location within Nevada, and we will confirm the fee in advance during the booking process.

      Yes! We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON), also known as e-notary services. Using an approved state platform, we can notarize your documents online, saving you the time and effort of meeting in person. The process is secure, and you will need to be present via video call with your documents ready for notarization.

      - Notary Services: A notary public verifies the identity of the person signing the document and ensures they are doing so voluntarily. This is often required for documents like contracts, affidavits, powers of attorney, etc. 
- Apostille Services: An apostille is used for documents that need to be authenticated for use in foreign countries. If you’re traveling or doing business abroad, certain documents (like birth certificates or marriage certificates) may need an apostille to be legally recognized in those countries.

      Our Standard Apostille Service typically takes 3-5 business days for processing. We also offer Expedited Apostille Service with a 1-2 day turnaround for an additional fee. We’ll manage the process through the Nevada Secretary of State to ensure everything is completed correctly and on time.
